Is it really free?

Yes. Matching is free to clients and families. Partner communities pay IRH; you never pay us for matching. You are free to consider several communities and choose the one that fits.

Who sees my information?

Only the IRH desk. Communities see an anonymous summary (area, budget range, timeline) until you approve an introduction.

Do you give medical advice?

No. We help with non-medical preferences and logistics. Care decisions remain with you, your family, and your care professionals.

How do I get a portal account?

Portal access is by invitation from IRH once we have options for you — there is no public sign-up.
