IRH does not sell or reserve residents and does not guarantee referrals, admissions or occupancy. Service availability and terms can vary by state and facility type.
Applications include a one-time $45application/review fee, separate from placement fees, membership and the free consultation. Refunded if IRH reviews your completed application and declines your facility for partnership. Otherwise nonrefundable, including withdrawal, incomplete/missing information, false or misleading information, approval, or lack of placements.

FAQs
Is a partner portal required?
No. Traditional Referral uses one referral channel — email or text — without a portal or membership charge. Crown Partner includes portal access and partner tools after approval and the first membership payment, with a lower successful-placement percentage.
Does IRH guarantee placements?
No. Partnership does not guarantee referrals, admissions or occupancy. Individuals and families choose freely; IRH does not sell or reserve residents.
Can we discuss a custom partnership for several locations?
Yes. Book a free consultation to discuss your locations and a written custom arrangement. The consultation is separate from the $45 application/review fee and does not guarantee partnership approval or placements.
Do we pay for empty beds?
No. Open-bed counts are availability information only. You pay a placement fee only for a verified, IRH-attributed move-in — plus the Crown membership if you choose Crown.
How is the placement fee calculated?
As a percentage of the resident's first month base private-pay housing/rent charge actually owed to your community: 80% on Traditional Referral, 55% on Crown Partner. Medicaid, Medicare and other government benefits, care charges, deposits, application fees and ancillary charges are excluded. Terms are subject to the partner agreement and applicable state law.
Which rate applies if we change plans?
The rate follows the plan you were on when IRH recorded the referral. Upgrading or cancelling later does not change the rate for a referral already made.
What is the $45 fee?
A one-time $45 application/review fee. Refunded if IRH reviews your completed application and declines your facility for partnership. Otherwise nonrefundable, including withdrawal, incomplete/missing information, false or misleading information, approval, or lack of placements. It is separate from placement fees and Crown membership, and it does not guarantee approval, referrals or occupancy.
How does the Crown first-month credit work?
Whatever a Crown location pays for its first membership month ($24.50 for a Founding location, otherwise $49) is credited once toward that location's first successful Crown placement fee. It doesn't expire if your first placement comes later, and it's used only once.
What happens if a resident leaves early?
Placements include 30-day placement protection, subject to applicable state law and the partner agreement. Some states require a specific remedy, and those rules apply where they do.
Can I cancel Crown?
Yes, any time from the billing portal. Crown is month-to-month; access to Crown-only tools ends when your paid period ends, and your records are kept.
Is this exclusive?
No. IRH does not sell or reserve residents. Families may consider several appropriate communities and choose freely, and your partnership with IRH is nonexclusive.
