For coaches, consultants, trainers and educators who teach people how to open independent living homes, group homes, residential care, assisted living, supportive housing and similar facility businesses.

Model A — Signup earnings

$25 per approved, paid Traditional signup, or 20% of Crown membership payments actually collected for the first 12 paid months per location.

Model B — First successful placement bonus

One-time bonus when a referred location pays its first placement fee: $25 Traditional, $50 Crown.

Facilities using your code receive: $10 off your application fee + $25 credit toward your first successful placement fee if approved.

Earnings are paid only on collected amounts, held 30 days, and paid out at $50 minimum after a verified W-9. No placements are guaranteed. You must disclose the relationship, e.g. "I may earn a commission if you become an IRH facility partner through my link/code."

INDIGENA ROYALTY HOMES — EDUCATOR PARTNER TERMS (version 2026-10-08.v1)

1. Program purpose. The Educator Partner Program rewards coaches, consultants, trainers and educators who introduce FACILITY BUSINESSES (independent living, group, residential care, assisted living, supportive housing and similar homes) to Indigena Royalty Homes ("IRH"). It is a facility-business acquisition program only.

2. No resident or patient referral compensation. You will never be paid for referring residents, clients or patients, and no compensation is tied to any resident's care, care charges or placement decisions. Facilities you introduce receive no extra access to IRH clients beyond their plan's standard rules.

3. Approval and codes. Participation requires IRH's manual approval. Your code and link activate only after approval and may be suspended or revoked at IRH's discretion, including for violation of these terms.

4. Earning model. You choose one earning model. The model is snapshotted for each referred physical location when its application is created and is not switched retroactively. IRH may allow a change that applies to future referrals only.
   Model A: $25 one time when a referred Traditional Referral location's application fee has settled and IRH approves the location; or 20% of actual Crown membership payments collected for a referred Crown location, for up to its first 12 paid months.
   Model B: a one-time $25 (Traditional) or $50 (Crown) bonus after IRH collects the referred location's first successful placement fee.
   Each approved physical location counts separately.

5. Reversals. No commission is earned on failed, unpaid, declined, refunded, reversed or charged-back payments. Commissions may be held, reversed or offset against future earnings for refunds, chargebacks, suspected self-referral, duplicate accounts, fraud or violation of these terms.

6. Payouts. Earnings are tracked internally and paid manually, not automatically. A payout requires at least $50 payable and a verified W-9 on file; smaller balances roll forward. Earned commissions become payable after a short hold period. Do not send your SSN or TIN through any website form or ordinary email; IRH will request your W-9 through a secure channel.

7. Required disclosure (FTC). You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid relationship with IRH near every endorsement, post, video, email or mention of IRH — for example: "I may earn a commission if you become an IRH facility partner through my link/code." Do not hide the disclosure behind links or "more" buttons.

8. Honest claims. Do not make deceptive or unsupported claims. IRH does not guarantee placements, referrals, occupancy, income or earnings for any facility or educator. Do not describe IRH as selling, reserving or guaranteeing residents.

9. Prohibited conduct. No self-referrals, referrals of businesses you own or control without disclosure to IRH, duplicate or fake accounts, coupon/code posting on discount sites, trademark bidding, spam, or impersonating IRH.

10. Independent relationship. You are an independent affiliate. Nothing creates employment, agency, partnership or joint venture. You have no authority to bind IRH or to make promises on its behalf.

11. Law. Applicable federal, state and local law overrides these terms where they conflict. IRH does not represent that this program has been approved by any regulator or is permitted in every jurisdiction; you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

12. Changes and termination. IRH may change these terms for future activity with notice. Either party may end participation at any time; earned, unreversed commissions that meet the payout requirements remain payable.
