Facility partner application

Next you will sign the Facility Marketing & Referral Agreement, then pay the $45 application/review fee. Refunded if IRH reviews your completed application and declines your facility for partnership. Otherwise nonrefundable, including withdrawal, incomplete/missing information, false or misleading information, approval, or lack of placements.

I can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; essential application and account notices may still be sent.

Application-status messages and payment reminders are still sent by email.
