Your independence
- 1099 Independent Contractor — you run your own book of business. No cap on earnings, no clock to punch, no territory ceiling.
What you'll do
- Identify landlords and property owners with vacant rooms, units, or houses.
- Present the vacancy-filling partnership and secure a signed agreement.
- Capture property details: address, unit type, rent, deposit, availability, and requirements.
- Keep inventory current and coordinate showings with the client acquisition team.
- Maintain long-term landlord relationships for repeat placements.
What you bring
- Comfort with owner/investor conversations and negotiation.
- Real estate, leasing, or property management background is a plus (no license required).
- Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection.
- Organized records and consistent follow-up.
How you're paid
- Bonus per signed landlord agreement plus commission on each vacancy filled.
- Independent contractor — uncapped, tied directly to the inventory you bring.
- Full onboarding through the IRH Training portal at no cost to you.
