Apply for this roleOur global partners carry both mandates: sourcing families who need care placement and signing the facilities that receive them. This is the combined Care Client Acquisition Specialist and Facility Acquisition Specialist scope for markets outside the United States.
Your independence
- 1099 / Independent Contractor equivalent — an international independent contractor agreement. You invoice us; you own your schedule and your earnings ceiling.
What you'll do
- Source families needing elderly care, independent living, or specialty care in your market.
- Identify, qualify, and sign partnership agreements with care facilities.
- Own both sides of the match: the family and the facility that receives them.
- Submit complete client and facility profiles into the Placement Desk.
- Advise on local licensing, cultural, and language considerations for your market.
What you bring
- Fluency in English plus the working language(s) of your market.
- Legal ability to contract independently in your country of residence.
- Experience in care, housing, healthcare, or business development.
- Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection.
How you're paid
- Commission on placements plus a bonus per signed facility partnership.
- Paid as an international independent contractor in agreed currency and method.
- Full onboarding through the IRH Training portal at no cost to you.
