Apply for this roleYou work the housing side of the house. You find individuals and families searching for a room, a rental, or a place to land quickly, qualify their needs and budget, and route them into our housing navigation pipeline.
Your independence
- 1099 Independent Contractor — you run your own book of business. No cap on earnings, no clock to punch, no territory ceiling.
What you'll do
- Source housing-seekers through community outreach, referral partners, and online channels.
- Qualify budget, household size, move-in timeline, and location preferences.
- Submit complete housing profiles into the Placement Desk.
- Coordinate with the Landlord Acquisition team to match seekers to open inventory.
- Follow up through move-in.
What you bring
- Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume outreach.
- Familiarity with rental housing, property management, or community resources is a plus.
- Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection.
- Self-directed, dependable follow-through.
How you're paid
- Commission per housed client — independent contractor, paid on results.
- Work your own hours from anywhere in the US.
- Full onboarding through the IRH Training portal at no cost to you.
